ArcGIS Fieldmaps issue with GeoAstra Y55G

At this time, ArcGIS Field Maps cannot properly receive mock location data from the Accrobo software. Based on our current testing, Field Maps appears to be the only third-party app that is not working properly with the Accrobo software. Other third-party applications, such as SW Maps and QGIS, are working normally.
Our team has already contacted ArcGIS and is waiting for their response regarding the related technical issue.
